His life, death, and resurrection gives us eternal life (Revelation 5:9-10), forgiveness of sins (Ephesians 1:7), righteousness (Romans 5:17), adoption into God's family (Galatians 4:5), deliverance from sin's bondage (Titus 2:14; 1 Peter 1:14-18), peace with God (Colossians 1:18-20), and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

our Helper and Comforter, who convicts us of sin and leads us in truth. The Spirit empowers us to serve as agents of change in our communities, living out Christ's love through our actions. Jesus said He would send the Spirit to us to be our Helper, Comforter, and Guide. "And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever" (John 14:16).
